Radis kicks off 20 year anniversary with 20 random acts of kindness

We have kicked off the celebration of our 20^th anniversary by spreading kindness across our team of dedicated Care Workers.

Throughout the rest of this year, we will be picking staff at random from our 3,000 strong workforce and delivering a variety of gifts in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

Joanne Wilson, Service Manager at Beacon Park Village was one of the first to receive a gift and said: “When I opened the package I was shocked and didn’t expect it, but it did make me feel that I was in the company’s thoughts. It was a nice feeling knowing you’re not just a number and you are appreciated.”

Deepesh Patel, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Radis commented: “I’m incredibly proud of all our team here at Radis, who give so much of themselves to ensure others are well-cared for.

“Over the last 20 years, our team has regularly gone above and beyond to make sure they consistently deliver care to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

“We’ve seen staff walk for miles through snow, take boats through floods and over the last year, throughout the pandemic, do whatever it takes to make sure our clients are getting the care they rely on daily.
