Radis Community Care expands services to provide care and support at Hartfields Retirement Village, in Bishop Cuthbert, Hartlepool.

The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust developed Hartfields Retirement Village with  Hartlepool Borough Council. The community offers 242 homes , designed to support older adults and individuals with additional care needs to live independently in a safe and supportive environment.

Opened in 2008, Hartfields Retirement Village has a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, available to buy, rent or part purchase through shared ownership.
