Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire

Our team covers Gloucester, the Forest of Dean, Worcester, Malvern, Hereford and Leominster and surrounding areas, providing care for anyone over 18.

We help frail older people and those with physical and learning disabilities, dementia, mental health problems and other support needs, to remain as independent and well as possible in their own homes by providing the support that they need with everyday tasks such as preparing meals, cleaning and laundry, personal care and getting dressed, taking medication at the right times and support getting out and about.

From visits to simply pop in and check that you are ok, to nurse-led support for more complex health needs, our dedicated and long standing teams can give you as much or as little help as you need, and provide reassurance to any family members that you are in safe hands.

As well as visiting care, we also offer a hospital to home service and an overnight rapid response service.

For unpaid carers such as friends or family members, we can also step in and support the person that they are caring for, whether that is for a few hours whilst they have a break or take some time for themselves, or for up to 48 hours in an emergency.

“I am a mother of three and have lived in the local area all my life. The dynamics of my team include those very experienced in the care sector who develop staff and share their knowledge and support, as well as those new to the care sector who have a passion and a drive to make a difference. We aim to grow together and stay together enveloping Radis’ Values to ensure safe delivery of quality care.”

“I wish to thank everybody involved in the wonderful care of my aunt. I am so grateful to you all and think her carers are the salt of the earth. It gives me comfort that although I live overseas I know she couldn’t be in better hands.”

“I cannot thank you all from branch staff to care staff for the care that has been provided to my parents. When they became poorly Radis branch staff increased the package of care immediately and the care staff was amazing, they looked after my parents to the best of their ability.”

“They don't rush me; they support me to be as independent as possible. I will chat things through with my main carer, it is always confidential, and I feel at ease with them, we have a really nice relationship.”

“Radis have been my carers in excess of 10 years and in that time I have come to look on them as extended family. The girls are always cheerful and I enjoy the banter and I feel safe in their care. My family and I rely on them enormously and I know that it gives my wife peace of mind to know that I am well cared for. The manager and office staff are unfailingly helpful and we have a good rapport/relationship with them. They will always try to help if we need extra care or make changes, if at all possible. I/we have no hesitation in recommending Radis in Welshpool to other families and we look forward to many more years of their care.”

“Thank you so much for the most amazing, wonderful and caring service you and your team have provided for my mum, especially since she has recently come out of hospital. Constantly checking on her when she came out, you’ve taken a huge weight off my mind – what an amazing service! I would happily recommend Radis Community Care.”
