At Clarence Park Village in Malvern, residents are ideally situated close to shops and public transport, as well as having a fantastic range of social and leisure facilities available on-site.

There are 101 modern, spacious and energy efficient one, two and three bedroom apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over, available to rent, buy, or buy with shared ownership. Residents enjoy a range of on-site services, including a health and beauty salon, gym, library, craft room and greenhouse, along with eateries including a coffee shop, restaurant and bar.

Regular resident and housing association-led activities and groups include film nights, themed restaurant nights, arts and crafts groups, fitness sessions such as tai chi and talks from local and national societies.

A dedicated Wellbeing Advisor is also on hand to support residents with achieving a healthy lifestyle from blood pressure checks to advice on diet and exercise.

For those residents who require support, our carers strive to help them to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own apartment and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.

Working in close partnership with Platform Housing Group and Worcestershire County Council, we ensure high quality, seamless independent living for the residents of this scheme.

Sharing your information

We may pass personal information to other companies within the Radis Group. How long do we keep your information for?

Right to access

You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you by making a subject access request. We will explain why if all or any part of the information is to be withheld.

Inaccurate data is not necessarily the same as a difference of opinion.. If you don’t agree with our opinion we will record your view alongside ours.

This right is available if the information is no longer covered by a lawful purpose or if we rely on your consent as a lawful basis and you withdraw your consent. You have the right to receive personal information in an electronic format or if technically feasible to have it transferred to another data controller in some circumstances.
