Paula Hoggarth, Group Operations Director at Radis Community Care, has been recognised with two major awards at The Women’s Awards 2025: the Outstanding Senior Female Executive Award and the Inspirational Female Leader Award for the West Midlands.

The Inspirational Female Leader is not open for nomination, with the winner personally chosen by Sandra Pollock OBE, Founder of The Women’s Awards, from across all regional finalists.

With more than 20 years of experience in social care, including over 13 years at Radis Community Care, Paula has been instrumental in the organisation’s growth and development. Under her leadership, Radis has expanded from a regional provider to a national organisation delivering Nurse-led Care, Supported Living, Live-in and Extra Care services across England and Wales.

Colleagues say Paula’s leadership style “inspires others to reach higher, push boundaries, and pursue excellence,” and that she “never forgets who is at the heart of our service, the individuals receiving care and the staff who deliver it.” Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Paula leads by example, whether that’s supporting front-line care teams during challenging times or mentoring future leaders within the organisation.

Speaking about her double win, Paula said: “I’m truly honoured to have received these awards. Working in social care is incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud to be part of an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference to people’s lives every day.

“These awards reflect not just my efforts, but the dedication of our teams across Radis who share the same passion and values.”

Paula’s colleagues describe her as “approachable, fair and inspiring,” with one adding that “her guidance and trust have made a real difference in how we approach challenges.”

The Women’s Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of women across business, leadership and community impact, recognising those who lead with purpose, courage and integrity.
