Branch Manager:

Charlotte Hunter

A word from the Branch Manager:

My name is Charlotte Hunter and I have been in Health and Social care for 8 years, working my way through the different development stages of my career starting as a Care Worker and now a Branch Manager for Radis Community Care.

Our team understands the importance of the service being flexible in order to support you with the challenges life may bring due to circumstances that cannot be controlled but managed in the best way possible. We have experienced staff equipped with knowledge surrounding physical and mental health illnesses that enables them to understand that you yourself as the individual is the sole focus of service delivery as oppose to the illness. The team and I feel it is important that our customers have full control over their lives and we actively encourage positive risk management whereby we can help you establish your options and then assist you in making an informed choice. Alternatively, we can provide minimal support also, just by providing a simple shopping trip or light domestic at the frequency you need them and of course companionship for those that enjoy a good chit chat as much as I do. We are a branch that is always on the look out for people that have a genuine interest in the health and social care sector. The profession is rewarding within itself before you even get to pay day. Full training and development is given prior to starting and this will only cost you in your time, if you feel that this is a career that you would like more details about then just get in touch. We do have other employment opportunities also for those that are experienced within the sector such as supported living, complex care and live in care.

As said above, I do enjoy a good chit chat, so for an informal conversation regarding providing care/practical support for you or your loved one or even if you are a potential new employee just give us a ring, it’ll be great to hear from you.
